C’est Magnifique!
Just say “Oui!” as the Fifth Anniversary Season kicks off with a magnificent mix of classical music by favorite French and Finnish composers. Enjoy Debussy’s Prelude A L’apres Midi D’un Faune, a very beautiful piece of impressionism inspired by a poem by Mallarme, and Poulenc's Sinfonietta, a bright, cheerful mix of dance and cabaret influences that captures the spirit of Paris. And for the bold finish, something Finnish - the Symphony no. 6 by Sibelius.
